Description
The initial training for Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance for personnel who have a direct impact on the safety of any aircraft. This includes maintenance, manufacturing, R & O. This is the basic Human Factors training, and has to be completed only one time -- if it expires, you can get current again by doing the UPDATE training. But be aware, if your HF expires, it affects the validity of your AME license and ACA or SCA.
